We’ve designed what we see as a fair return policy.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have 30 days to return the system in its original packaging with all the accessories for a full refund.* The subscription to the service will be canceled and any prepaid subscription fees will be refunded. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your equipment, we will process your return. Once your refund is processed, you will be notified by email.
Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Your refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card/bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
After the first 30 days, there is a penalty charge for termination prior to completion of the Term of this Agreement. If you choose to Terminate Services prior to the completion of the Term of this Agreement, there is an early termination charge equivalent to the fees for the remainder of the service period. LiveSentinel service will immediately stop but you can continue to self-monitor live feeds. There is no need to return any hardware products.
The Guard Monitoring service will be stopped but you can continue to use the equipment for Self-Monitoring. Self-Monitoring on the Wireless System includes Motion Alerts, Live View of Cameras, and Custom Protection Zones. Please refer to the table below for details on what is included with Self-Monitoring.
The PoE system also supports Self-Monitoring when the subscription is canceled. A Network Video Recorder (NVR) can be added and used with the Deep Sentinel Cameras to continue recording 24/7. See our article for NVR setup.
