ACH & Check Payment Options

ACH & Check Payment Options

Some partners and enterprise customers may be eligible to use ACH or check payments to pay for their Deep Sentinel services. This guide explains who can use these payment methods, how the approval process works, and what to expect during setup.

Who Is Eligible?

ACH and check payments are available only for:

  • Partners (paying Deep Sentinel directly)

  • Enterprise Accounts

Note: End users connected to a partner but paying Deep Sentinel themselves are not eligible for ACH or check payments.

Additionally:

  • The total payment must be $10,000 or more.

  • An active credit card must remain on file as a backup payment method.

How Approval Works

If you meet the eligibility criteria, we’ll gladly review your request.

  1. Contact our Support Team to let us know you’d like to pay via ACH or check.

  2. We will review your account and follow up within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will enable ACH/check capability on your account so you can add your bank information directly from your customer portal.

Approval is not automatic — each request is evaluated individually based on eligibility and payment history.

How ACH Setup Works

Once ACH is enabled on your account:

  1. Log into your customer portal as usual.

  2. Navigate to Payment Methods.

  3. Select ACH from the available options.

  4. Enter your bank details.

To verify ownership of the bank account, the system will send two micro-deposits (each under $1) to your bank account within 1–2 business days.
Return to your portal to enter the exact amounts and complete verification.

Once verified, ACH will be used for future eligible charges.

Check Payments

If your request to pay by check is approved, you will receive instructions for how to submit payment.
Please note that an active credit card must remain on file as a backup method.
