To install: mount the panel somewhere with consistent sunlight (it only needs a few hours of direct sun a day); drill and anchor the base if the surface is soft or unstable (use a 6.0mm bit); assemble the universal joint by screwing in the locking screw cap and circular socket nut, then screw the joint into the back of the solar panel and tighten it firmly.
