Granting Deep Sentinel Access To Your UniFi System For Troubleshooting
This article explains how partners can grant Deep Sentinel temporary access to their UniFi system so our technical team can assist with troubleshooting.
Some issues require Deep Sentinel to directly view UniFi Protect settings, devices, and system status. Access allows us to troubleshoot faster and reduce back-and-forth.
How to Grant Access
Please follow these steps in your Unifi portal:
1. Log into your UniFi account, NVR, or Gateway.
2. Go to Admins & Users (bottom-left corner)
3. Click Create New
4. Enter the following details:

- Email: partnersupport@deepsentinel.com
- Admin Access: Enabled
- Role: Super Admin
5. Click Create
This will send an invitation to Deep Sentinel. Please notify Deep Sentinel Partner Support access has been granted so we can continue troubleshooting with you.
