How to add Business Hours

Please enter your business hours by downloading the Deep Sentinel Business App.

Select Settings

Select My Business

Select Edit

Select the days of the week you are open for business

Choose Hours (what time do employees arrive and leave work)

Select Save

Please note that your cameras will still activate and record.

If you do not want the cameras to record, you can use the Privacy Mode Feature (which will prevent the cameras from turning on).

Business hours are required for commercial properties. Defining business hours allows us to distinguish between expected activity and potential security events, which helps ensure appropriate monitoring and response.
