Can I keep the security system if I terminate my subscription earlier than a year?

If you wish to return your system and cancel your contract within the first 30 days, there is a money-back no questions asked guarantee. Please simply contact customer care by calling (833) 983-6006.


Unfortunately, after the first 30 days, there is a penalty charge. If you decide that your Deep Sentinel Security System is not for you and you would like to cancel your subscription, there is an early termination charge equivalent to the fees for the remainder of the service period. LiveSentinel service will immediately stop but you can continue to self-monitor live feeds. There is no need to return any hardware products. Please call us at (833) 983-6006 to initiate cancellation.
