The Hub's status light uses color and blink patterns to show what it's doing. If our team is troubleshooting with you, "What color is the hub status light?" will be one of the first few questions asked.
For example: solid green means it's online, a blinking pattern means it's connecting, updating, or in a special mode, and solid purple means privacy mode is active.
