If our guards can confirm with certainty that there was a successful delivery, you will receive a "Package Delivered" notification alert.
If you do not receive an alert, please note that there may have been other customer live events that required observation precedence of our guards, which inhibited them from sending you a push notification.
Because package delivery is a lower priority than other events (e.g., an attempted burglary, or suspicious behavior), we can’t guarantee the same level of service 100% of the time.
