How To Configure And Onboard The Uniview PoE Speaker
Step-by-step guide to prepare, configure, and onboard the Uniview PoE Speaker and pair it to PoE cameras
Before onboarding the Uniview PoE speaker (model IPS302030-S) to the Deep Sentinel platform, several steps must be completed to ensure compatibility and a successful installation. In addition to preparing the device, there is a required manual step where you must contact Deep Sentinel Customer Care to add the speaker to the account and pair it with the appropriate cameras. Multiple cameras can be linked to a single speaker. You will need to provide the IP address of the speaker and specify which cameras will be linked.
Note: We strongly recommend setting up and testing the speaker before your installation date (instructions here). If you cannot bench test, email partnersupport@deepsentinel.com with your on-site installation date/time so support can be ready. For live troubleshooting while on site, call 866-444-2413.
