How To View And Download Events On The Deep Sentinel Desktop App (EWAP Users)

How to Access the Desktop App

1. Click this link: https://beta.s3ntin3l.com/enterprise/

2. Use the same login credentials you use for the Deep Sentinel mobile app.

3. Important: You must first register through the mobile app before using the desktop interface.

Note: You must have been previously set up for EWAP access by a Deep Sentinel Customer Success agent. 

Navigating the Home Screen

For Users with One Property:

• You’ll be taken directly to the Event Search Criteria screen where you can begin filtering events.

For Users with Multiple Properties:

• You’ll first select your desired property from the list.

• Once selected, you’ll be taken to the Event Search Criteria screen.

Filtering Events

On the Event Search Criteria screen, you can:

• View events from the last 30 days.

• Filter by:

  • Intervention Events

  • Escalated Events

  • Non-Escalated Events (online hubs)

  • Emergency Call
  • LE on property

• Use the date/time selectors to view events from specific days and timeframes.

Downloading Event Videos

To download an event video:

1. Click on the event to open it in full-screen mode.

2. In the lower-right corner, select the three-dot menu.

3. Click Download to save the file locally on your computer.
