FAQs

  • Q: How many hubs or cameras can I add?
A: There is no limit to the total number of hubs or cameras. However, each PoE hub supports up to 24 cameras, and each Mini-Hub supports up to 8 cameras.

  • Q: Can cameras be assigned automatically?
A: No, cameras must be assigned manually. If you have a list of camera IP addresses that you would like assigned to each hub, customer care can help.

  • Q: Will cameras transfer automatically if a hub goes offline?
A: No, manual transfer is required.

  • Q: Can I convert my existing site to use Location Stacking?
A: We do not recommend converting existing sites to use Location Stacking at this time. This is to prevent any billing and/or technical issues on sites that are currently working as-is.
