PoE/Mini Hub Start up guide summary

 

  1. Download the Deep Sentinel app, please download the business app (it is in tan, the one in red is the residential one).  It is free on both Google play app store and the Apple app store.
  2. Create and register an account on the app. Please put your information in contact, address, etc.
  3. Hook up the PoE switch and the DS mini hub to the router.
  4. Power on the PoE switch and the PoE DS mini hub.
  5. Hook up the hub and the cameras all into the same PoE switch. The cameras and the hub all need to be on the same network and LAN.
  6. To onboard, make sure you are on the wireless network where the equipment is hooked up and NOT on mobile data.
  7. Follow the app to “add the hub” and “add the cameras”.
  8. Follow the app in adding business hours and on the cameras when you add them setting the protection zones.
