How do customers with PoE systems access events captured at 2k or 4k resolution?

AI processing, LSC guard monitoring & app live-view are each fixed at a lower resolution to maintain speed and responsiveness. 

Recorded events (seen on the home screen carousel or history search) are high-resolution. These are saved in the native resolution of the camera sensor. When an event is Saved from the App to local device storage, it is saved at native resolution (2k or 4k depending on the PoE Camera model).
