What will happen if there is a break-in?

The system is designed so that LiveSentinels can and will intervene before an event. Our standard service enables us to intercept an intruder within 20-30 seconds of entering your camera’s view.

In rare cases where a break-in does take place, the guards will notify police on your behalf and work with law enforcement to get them to your home faster than any other service. We can promise this level of speed because:

1. We skip the lost minutes a burglar alarm uses to allow you to enter your code and then call you to verify whether you are at home.

2. We provide our partners in law enforcement a clear visual description of the suspect(s), their suspicious behavior and an ongoing update of the status of the crime.
