If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund* as long as it is within 30 days. If returned after 30 days, there are early termination fees.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the shipment date. All returned items must include all equipment (except window clings and mounting hardware), inside the original packaging.
If you are the original purchaser of a Deep Sentinel Surveillance Package and you are not satisfied with this product for any reason, you may return it in “like-new” condition and receive a full refund (shipping costs will not be refunded).
Otherwise, for any other add-on purchases (cameras, extenders, etc) you will receive a full refund on the product minus shipping costs incurred. Customers must also pay return shipping fees.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Once your refund is processed, you will be notified by email. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Your refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card/bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
*Fees will be applied if items/product(s) returned are damaged or missing.
