After setting up your camera using the Deep Sentinel app, it is time to test the system and verify the camera field of view (FOV).
First, using the app, verify that the camera is online and able to stream live video. From the app home screen, scroll down to see the camera you intend to test. Select this camera and a live feed video will start to play. If the video feed looks good, press the back arrow to exit live view and return to the home screen.
Now test the camera with a Live Sentinel Guard.
Go outside and stand in front of the camera. Check that you are standing within the camera's FOV. Make this gesture with both arms (holding the position), see the illustration below, and wait for a response. A Live Sentinel Guard will respond with an acknowledgment.

A helpful tip to ensure a quicker Live Sentinel Guard response during a HELLO Protocol test:
Start outside of the camera’s view so there is no motion detected. Then, walk directly into the camera’s field of view and immediately raise both arms.
