The USB + Extreme Battery is not charging

Check the LED on the USB Battery:

Green = Charged

Red = Charging

Off = Not Connected

If it is connected and there is no LED, check that the USB Power Adapter is connected to a Power Outlet and check all power connections.

  • Do you get a red or green LED on the USB Battery? 

Swap the USB Charge cable (please note, that two cables are included in the pack).

  • Do you get a red or green LED on the USB Battery?

If an LED is still not displayed, please use a similar charger (like an Android phone charger, tablet, or other device) to test the connection.
