When creating a manual order, go to “add shipping”.
Shopify will show correct shipping charges (Ground or 2 Day) for you to choose from based on the items you enter.
Do not add shipping charge as 1 line item in your manual order because we don't have all the different sku of shipping charges in Shopify for you to choose from.
