How To Setup Customer Account And Transfer Billing

Quick steps:

  1. Create a new property using your partner account in the Deep Sentinel app via Settings > Partner Dashboard > My Properties > Add New.
  2. Setup the system and cameras as usual.
  3. When ready, add your customer via Settings > Add Customer > Add New
  4. The customer will receive an invitation to join the app. Ensure they setup their account.
  5. After the customer sets up their account, instruct them to add a credit card via Settings > Account > Subscription & Billing > Payment Methods
  6. In your app, transfer the subscription via Settings > Account > Subscription Transfer > Select your customer > Select the subscription
  7. Click Transfer > Subscription successfully transferred
  8. Your original subscription will be cancelled due to reason 'Partner transfer to End user'
  9. New subscription is now created with a new subscription ID
